Welcome to the BlinkPoints Loyalty Program! BlinkPoints is a points program that offers our customers the opportunity to accumulate points with every purchase and convert them into euros for discounts on future orders.

REGISTRATION:

The BlinkPoints Loyalty Program is activated automatically as soon as you create an account on our website. Only customers who have created an account on our website are automatically enrolled in the BlinkPoints Loyalty Program. The accumulation of points only works for all orders placed through your account. Therefore, you must log in to your account before placing an order. 

HOW IT WORKS:

After each order, 5% of the value of your purchase will be returned in BlinkPoints. For example, after accumulating €100 in purchases, you will receive 100 points, which will be converted into €5 (1 point = 0.05 cents). Points are earned once your order has been shipped. 

To redeem your points at checkout, click on the " Exchange and apply" button next to the "Coupon Code" field. The discount will be automatically applied.

VALID PERIOD:

Accumulated BlinkPoints are valid for 180 days starting from the date of purchase. After this period, the points will automatically expire and can no longer be redeemed.

For example: you placed an order on 01/05/2024 and received 100 points. These points will last up to and including 27/10/2024. After that date, the points will expire.

TO CHECK POINTS:

To consult your BlinkPoints, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your customer area
3. Click on the "My points" section
4. In the section, you will find the current balance of your BlinkPoints and the history of reception/exchange of points

USE OF POINTS:

BlinkPoints are exclusively for use on future orders and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
