APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 
By placing orders on the website www.blinkpharma.com, you are accepting these General Conditions of Sale.

The products for sale are described and presented as faithfully as possible.

PRODUCT PRICING 
BlinkShop wants to offer for customers the best prices on the online market and therefore we update the rates according to the needs of our users. All product prices include VAT.
BlinkShop reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event of price changes, the products will be billed at the price in effect when placing the order.

PAYMENT METHODS
1. Bank Transfer.
After order confirmation, we will prepare an invoice with the payment details and send you all the information via email.

2. Paypal.
For payments via Paypal, you will be redirected to our partner's payment system, where you should log in to your Paypal account.

3. Debit/Credit Card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Bancontact, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Stripe online payment platform for the internet shops where you can pay by credit card securely and without additional costs.

FAILURE TO PAY 
BlinkShop reserves the right to reject a delivery or process an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or if there is an active dispute or evidence of fraud.
BlinkShop supervises all orders placed on the site. These controls are intended to protect the company from abusive fraud practices.
Our customer support service may request all the documents necessary to process an order (proof of address or debit with the customer's name, proof of address of the person indicated in the delivery address, etc.). These requests will be made via email:
- In the case of an order with a delivery address different from the one indicated as the billing address.
- In the case of new customers.
- For orders over 150 euros.
- In case there are signs of fraud.

PAYMENT SECURITY 
To ensure payment security, BlinkShop uses the SSL security standard, which means that confidential data is directly transmitted in encrypted form, without being registered on the BlinkShop server. If you decide to make an order, you can pay quickly and securely with your credit card without having to share financial information with BlinkShop. 

INVOICE WITH TAX NUMBER
If you wish to receive your invoice with tax number, please include your request in the "Comments" field at checkout.

IDENTIFICATION 
Customers who have already purchased from BlinkShop can choose a password so they don't have to fill in the forms again to place orders. For BlinkShop, registered customers are own customers.The password assigned to the customer is strictly confidential and personal and must not be disclosed or communicated to any person. In order to facilitate the identification of the customer, he must provide a password and an email at the same time, which authorizes BlinkShop to register a file called “cookie” in its system with the aim of helping.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS 
BlinkShop ships in Portugal and EU countries.
Orders are shipped on the business day following payment. Delivery time depends on destination:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 - 3 working days
- Madeira: 3 - 5 working days
- Azores: 7 - 15 working days
- European Union: 3 - 7 working days
Note that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.
Delivery times may be slightly longer during holiday periods and holidays.

ORIGINALITY GUARANTEE 
All our products are original and come from the respective brands or suppliers accredited by them.

RISKS AND PROPERTY 
From the moment of delivery, the risks relating to the product supplied shall be for the account of the user. Ownership of the products supplied shall not pass to you until BlinkShop has received full payment of the sums due for the supply of the product, including delivery charges, or after delivery, whichever is the later.

RESPONSIBILITY
At all stages of accessing the site, queries, filling out forms, placing orders, delivering products or any other service, BlinkShop is not responsible for damages or problems arising from the use of the Internet. BlinkShop will not accept any responsibility for irregularities in the provision of services, external intrusions or computer viruses.

The relationship between Blinkshop, UAB and the user is governed by the Lithuanian regulations in force.
