Return conditions

  • It is possible to return full or partial order within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned item must be in their original packaging including protective plastic and labels. Item can’t be opened, used and unsealed. Shipping costs for returned items are customer’s responsibility.
    Only damaged, broken or lost items during transportation, will be exchanged or refunded. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service through info@blinkshop.com. Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

    Sensitivity or an allergic reaction to a product is not considered as defect.

    Before returning an item, we need to be informed about description, quantity, reason of return, order number by email info@blinkshop.com. After you have received confirmation, please proceed with shipping and send to us tracking number for returned package. After we receive and verify quality of returned item, refund will be made within 7 business days.
